Welcome to "Sunny Point", a
private Point lot luxury lake home nestled in a
wide deep water cove on the shores of Lake
Norman. This home
speaks quality throughout with top of the line
furnishings and accents to make you feel relaxed
from the time you walk in the door. Lots of room
for large family get-togethers with an open
floor plan for entertaining and enjoying time
together.
As you enter the main
level, the center piece of the home is the
dining, kitchen, and Great Room with fabulous
views of the lake. The kitchen is a dream place
for many family meals to be prepared together
and a large dining table adjacent to the kitchen
and great room.
A large deck off of the
main level and inside a gorgeous stone fireplace
accents this fine home. The luxurious leather
furniture and countryside style furnishings
compliment the rich wood interior and give the
whole home a comfortable relaxing feel. |

| There are two
bedrooms on the main floor with queen bedroom
suites and one full bathroom, the master suite
Bedroom #3 is on the 2nd floor with a queen
bedroom suite. |

The master
suite private bathroom has a
separate shower and a tub with a
beautiful granite double sink
vanity. Just outside the master
suite is a large loft area with
fireplace overlooking the great
room and just to the left on the
loft is bedroom # 4 with
semi-privacy wall and furnished
with a queen bed arrangement.
The
guesthouse provides the bedroom
#5 and bathroom #3 , also a full
kitchen, dining table, and
living room with queen pullout
sofa. Views of the lake and all
built with the same top quality
of the main house. |

This
Point lot has 700 ft of
shoreline in a very
private setting, dock
for 3 boats, jet ski,
gazebo, dock area for
taking in the sun,
parking for 20 cars and
a RV parking spot with
power.
This
home is a wonderful
place for a fabulous
family vacation. We hope
