Welcome to PARADISE
POINT---an amazing waterfront estate.
We have taken a vision of offering the
best on Lake Norman to the next level
with this fabulous home.
Comfort and Elegance were combined with
a nautical coastal theme throughout the
home and grounds. The landscaping and
views are stunning with 375 feet of
point shoreline and a 270 degree view of
the lake.
The front entry into the foyer
immediately opens up to the great room,
kitchen, and dining room. From there you
can relax into an air conditioned
sunroom or step out onto the huge deck
overlooking the lake.
There are 8 bedrooms
and 5.5 bathrooms total. The main home
has 7 bedrooms with 2 master bedrooms
and master baths both having very nice
queen bedroom suites. |

The 5 other bedrooms are
comfortably sized with 5 rooms having queen size
bed suites and bedroom # 7 having 2 sets of bunk
beds with a children’s hobby center and TV.
There are 4.5 bathrooms total in the main home.
We also have 3 pull out queen sofas in the main
home. |

The additional
1100 sq ft guesthouse is a home in
itself with a private loft bedroom with
queen size bed, a living room with a
queen pull out sofa and a love seat pull
out twin bed. It also has a full kitchen
and a full bathroom. The game room is
part of the guesthouse with a pool
table, foosball, Pinball, and other
arcade games.
Dining and preparing
meals in the main home is perfect for
large family get-togethers with plenty
of room to entertain and enjoy family
fun. |

dining room has a 12 seat dining table,
the kitchen bar has 4 seats, and the
patio has multiple sitting areas to
relax and enjoy good company.
